Over the past year, she has become an invaluable part of our team, consistently demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to quality patient care. Recently earning her BSN and RN license after more than six years of hands-on nursing experience, Darlisa has continued to lead by example while caring for medically complex residents requiring tracheostomy care, ventilator support, wound care, and infection prevention management.
Throughout her career, Darlisa has gained extensive experience in leadership and regulatory compliance through roles including Charge Nurse, Director of Staff Development, MDS Nurse, and Infection Preventionist. Her participation in multiple state surveys, and infection control reviews reflects her strong commitment to maintaining excellence in healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
